How to Order

Our online ordering system is a simple, safe and secure method for you to easily purchase exceptional educational materials. The "View Cart" link located in the top right corner provides you with a running total of your purchases and allows you easy access to our online ordering system.

For your convenience, if you prefer not to order online, for non-downloadable titles, we have provided a "Printable Order Form" link located on the left navigation panel or at the bottom of this page. Just print it out, fill in the information and mail or fax it to us. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Save time on your purchase using our secure PayPal payment system (NO membership or PayPal account is required), just follow the instructions, submit your order and you will receive an email confirmation. You can expect delivery within two weeks.

Schools and other educational institutions are given the option of ordering online then receiving their order with an invoice.

We are committed to upholding the fundamental principles of honesty and integrity in our relationship with visitors to our web site. To that end we have gone to great lengths to protect the privacy and security of information you have entrusted to us and to provide you with the best service possible.

We will not share or sell any personal information to any outside agency, advertiser or third party.

Shipping Services

Shipping and handling charges are calculated at $6 Cdn for one resource in Canada and $10 for one resource in the US. For two or more resources with a value up to $300, shipping is calculated at 7% of the purchase price with a minimum of $8 Cdn for orders shipped to addresses in Canada and 8% with a minimum of $10 Cdn to addresses in the US (orders over $300 are calculated at 4%). We ship by Expedited Post in Canada (ground service) and Air Mail outside of Canada.

Most deliveries are received within two weeks of purchase.

Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction. Within 30 days of receipt, if for any reason your order is unsatisfactory, please email or phone us with the details (digital resources - downloadables, etc are not returnable). If a return is in order, it must be with the original invoice and be in saleable condition.

Pricing

Pricing information is shown in Canadian dollars. Canadian customers are charged 5% GST on the total of the transaction (shipping charges may be subject to HST).

Secure On-Line Credit Card Ordering

The security of your credit card and personal information is of the utmost importance to us. Pacific Edge Publishing uses state-of-the-art, secure payment processing techniques to safeguard your confidential information. (You may use the security features of your browser software to see this implementation.) Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard using our PayPal payment system (you DO NOT need to be a member or have an account with PayPal).
